For any listing with service, an inspector can call us to schedule. At this time Inspectors cannot log in and schedule online without talking to a representative. We do this for additional security as it is hard to verify inspectors accurately as to license, status, etc without a data feed of them.

Some MLSs choose to have member-inspectors that they add to the RETS feed (like Affiliates) even though they don’t have MLS system access – and in those cases, we do allow them to have online/mobile access as that will automatically be disabled if they no longer have an approved relationship with the MLS/boards.
