Mobile Messaging


Sometimes, you need to follow up with an agent about a listing, or about feedback. You can start and continue these messages on your mobile device. All of these messages are saved and accessible in your account from your devices.

To access your messages from a mobile device:

Step 1


Select the Message Center icon.

You will be able to see all of your messages in this list. You can select one to continue the conversation and will see the listing or agent details.

Tap on the + to start a new message.

Step 3


You can choose to start a message with all agents associated with a listing or just individual agents.

(Optionally) add additional agents to the conversation.

When you send the message, the included agents can respond.
