Help: My client cannot access Home by ShowingTime

In order to use Home by ShowingTime, you will need to add your client to the listing worksheet or the tour. Their email address is required and is not shared.

Once your seller creates their account, they receive a second email to verify the entered information. It will look like this:



They should select the Create Account button to finalize the process. We advise them to check the spam or junk mail folders if it has not arrived in a few minutes.

In some cases, network congestion, poor signal strength, or other widespread carrier problems could delay this message.
