What is a Virtual Showing?

Virtual Showings are typically scheduled when the buyer is not or cannot be present. The buyer's agent will live-stream the appointment using the ShowingTime app while their client uses Home by ShowingTime to participate. In some markets, the listing side may take on the role of the camera person for streaming the appointment. Depending on the camera person, access details may not be provided.

When virtual showings are used, the buyer's agent is able to answer questions, show the listing, and minimize the impact on the listing side.
