My Listing Defaults to Not Allow Online Scheduling When it Syncs from the MLS.


When listings sync from the North Texas Real Estate Information System (NTREIS), ShowingTime checks for the presence of certain showing instructions in the MLS data. If they are missing, the listing is set to not allow online requests through ShowingTime. You may also see that the setting Show Online Scheduling Disabled by “Account Administrator” appears in the log.

To ensure your listings sync with the correct information, please make sure ShowingTime is selected in the following fields on your listing setup in the MLS under the "Showing" area:
  • Showing Requirements
  • Showing Service

Change these settings.

If those are selected when creating the listing, it will sync with online showings enabled. Otherwise, you’ll have to enable online showings manually through the ShowingTime System.

Enabling Online Showings in ShowingTime


  1. Log in to ShowingTime at https://www.showingtime.com/login
  2. Click Listings, then click your listing
  3. Make sure “Allow Showing Agents To Request Appts Online?” is set to “Yes” at the top of the page.
  4. Save Changes if changes were made.
