Can I Auto-Forward Offers To My Clients?
If you use Offer Manager to receive offers on your listings, you can now have offers automatically forwarded to your sellers after you open the offer.
You can select a listing from the menu.
On the Listing Worksheet, scroll down to the Contacts section. Click the pencil icon next to the owner.

On Edit Listing Contact, make sure the contact is selected as an owner. Then you can select the 'Email Offers to Contact Automatically' option.

Once you save the change, new offers will automatically be sent to your seller(s) after you open the offer.

Members are advised to never forward ShowingTime notifications. Read more.
Now your sellers will automatically be sent the offer via email after you open the offer. They will get a detailed offer summary in the email body and all offer documents will be attached.
As a reminder, you can set how you get notified of new offers (by email, text, or app notification), in your ShowingTime Profile, under the 'Listing Agent - Offer Preferences' section.
