Showings I Have Requested

Overview

The Showings I Have Requested Report helps you manage all showings by displaying all of your showing activity. This includes showings you have requested as a showing agent through all offices that use ShowingTime products.


Getting Started


Step 1
Once you navigate to ShowingTime through your MLS, click on the Reports tab
Step 2
Select the Showings I Have Requested Report


Step 3
By default the results will show you all requests made within the current week, but you can adjust this by selecting another date range (up to a month range), then click Submit
Step 4
You will then be able to review all showings that you have requested within that time frame, along with each showing's status and if applicable the showing instructions. From here you can:
  1. Map Appointment Route
  2. Print Instructions


On mobile


You can toggle between those showings that are Past or those that are Upcoming.
