Submitting Feedback (Enhanced Feedback)


Feedback Request Methods


The buyer's agents will receive a feedback request via email or push notification (if using the ShowingTime App) at the end of their scheduled showing window. Agents who open the email on their mobile devices will be taken to a mobile version of the feedback form, this mobile form is the same used in the ShowingTime App and will be discussed in the Mobile section of this help guide.

Any feedback that has not be answered by the buyer's agent will be automatically removed from the app after 90 days.
