Contact Information

Accurate contact information makes it easy for your office, staff, and our CSR's to follow up with you when needed.

Adding a mobile number enables you to receive text messages for notifications.

Listing Agent Settings

As a listing agent, you can select the number of times to send feedback requests. You can enable agents to request appointments online or disable it for a listing.

You will see configurations for default appointment lengths when scheduling appointments. You can choose your ability to access lockboxes.

Contact Details

The listing worksheet defines who should be contacted and what will happen when appointments are requested. The easiest way to reduce the steps required to get showings confirmed is to add ‘listing contacts’. Listing contacts can be agents and sellers, office admins, and property managers. Access information will only be provided to agents when an appointment has been confirmed.

Additional Instructions

Any notes that are agent-specific can be added to the Additional Instructions section. For instance, notes that should be shown to the buyer's agent "after" the appointment has been confirmed. These notes will also show if the appointment type is View Instructions Only.
