FFAQ: I have two accounts in different MLSs, how do I use the ShowingTime app to view the activity of both accounts? First, access your ShowingTime account from your laptop or PC. Click on “Edit Profile,” then in the “Login Information” section, click the “Add Profile” button. Search for the account by name or email as displayed in that MLS which you want to link to. FAQ: How do I get access information for confirmed showings? Upon arrival for your showing, you’ll receive a push notification: “It looks like you’ve arrived...” Tap the notification to open the ShowingTime mobile app and view access details for the home. If the lockbox has an access code, it will automatically pop up on your screen. If the access type is not a lockbox with an access code, you will be taken to the appointment detail screen to view the access information. Based on which listing representative is confirming or cancelling appointment requests, either you and/or your seller will be prompted to accept or decline the original request, then can propose a new time that works better. The showing agent gets notified immediately so they can respond accordingly.
